- We will host 1-2 open houses.
- We will work closely with you until the deal closes.
Upfront Cost
- $160–$780 for photos, video, aerial photos, and 3D virtual tours, paid directly to the vendor. No markup fees. We’ll recommend a professional photo package to effectively market your home.
- Optional staging cost.
$6,999 for Buyer Representation
You only pay when we help you find your dream home and the deal closes.
- We can meet in person or via Zoom to discuss your house-hunting criteria.
- We will send you listings that match your criteria.
- Automatic scheduling for house tours.
- We will work closely with you until the deal closes.
- After closing, you can expect customized maintenance suggestions, tax exemption tips, and more. We aim to provide all the information you need to make your homeownership journey as smooth as possible.
⚠️ With the NAR settlement,, the buyer's commission is not guaranteed to be contributed by the seller's agent. If the seller contributes a buyer's agent commission exceeding $6,999, the buyer will receive the remainder as a rebate. If not, the buyer will cover the difference.
