If you are a very hands-on seller or rental property owner, this is the most cost-effective approach for you. MLS provides maximum exposure for your listing. You could be missing out on 80% of potential buyers if you are not listing on MLS.

Upfront Cost
- $160–$780 for photos, video, aerial photos, and 3D virtual tours, paid directly to the vendor. No markup fees. We’ll recommend a professional photo package to effectively market your home.

You only pay when we help you find your dream home and the deal closes.
- We can meet in person or via Zoom to discuss your house-hunting criteria.
- We will send you listings that match your criteria.
- Automatic scheduling for house tours.
- We will work closely with you until the deal closes.
- After closing, you can expect customized maintenance suggestions, tax exemption tips, and more. We aim to provide all the information you need to make your homeownership journey as smooth as possible.
